Refund Policy

At Long Island Sports Zone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to properly schedule staff, facility time, and programming.

– Full monetary refunds will be issued for programs paid in advance if written cancellation notice is received more than 48 hours prior to the first scheduled session.

– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first session are not eligible for a monetary refund. In these cases, store credit will be issued for the amount paid.

– Deposits for Winter Workouts are non-refundable and required to secure team time.

– No monetary refunds will be issued once a program has begun.

– Private lesson packages and batting cage rental packages are non-refundable.

– Store credit may be issued for unused or remaining sessions within private lesson or batting cage packages on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Long Island Sports Zone.

– If Long Island Sports Zone cancels a program, a full monetary refund will be provided.

– Store credit may be used toward any Long Island Sports Zone program and does not expire.

Long Island Sports Zone reserves the right to determine eligibility for store credit based on attendance, notice provided, and overall program participation.
