Performance Training

Sports Fitness & Performance will be running a Performance Training Program at our facility. The program’s focus is to help our Baseball and Softball players improve their athletic performance.

At Long Island Sports Zone, our programs focus on the skill aspect of Baseball and Softball but with our new Performance Training Program, run by Sports & Fitness Performance, we’ll be able to help our players become better athletes.

Saturday Session- 12:30-1:30pm (14-18 yr olds)
